Finishing up Fun with RED

Bean has done really well with the color RED this week. After day 1, he was already recognizing and sharing the color "RED" with everyone that came over to visit.

I first printed some cool Red recognition pictures and glued them to cardstock index cards (I already had these).

I cannot remember where I printed them from, so if you do, please feel free to chime in. Sorry.

I found these great RED color sheets from http://www.abcteach.com/. Big sister and I helped with the coloring!

Heaven started Gymnastics and taught TJ some cool new things..

We then worked on a couple new activities for fine motor skills.

HE DID THE SAME ACTIVITY AS HIS SISTER THIS WEEK BUT W/ LESS TUBES

I GAVE HIM 2 COLORS AND HAD HIM FILL THE TUBES.

THE KIDS GOT THEIR COSTUMES IN THE MAIL TODAY

LIKES THE BOX MORE THAN HIS COSTUME

Taking a second to watch his commercial

I FILLED HIS BOX W/ BLOCKS

AND FOR 45 MINUTES HE PUT THEM IN AND TOOK THEM OUT

Daddy came home with some new fun for us and both kids loved it

Tot School

Thomas-16 months

Tot School

Don't let the name confuse you. It's more about having 1 on 1 time w/ your little ones. TJ doesn't get much when Heaven is around so this is perfect for him. It started rocky b/c he just wanted to grab a toy and run cause he's so used to Heaven stealing them but after a few he warmed up to the idea.

Gross Motor Skills

I WANTED TO PLAY W/ PUZZLES BUT HE DIDN'T SO WE FLIPPED THEM OVER

AND WE USED THEM TO WALK ACROSS

Fine Motor Skills

WE TRIED TO PLAY W/ THESE BLOCKS

BUT HE WASN'T HAVING IT

SO WE GOT THESE OUT

AND HE SURPRISED ME WHEN

HE STARTED COLLECTING ALL THE RED POLES

GOT THEM ALL

WE THEN MOVED ON TO ANOTHER TOY I WANTED HIM TO TRY

HE TRIED AND FAILED

THEN HE REALIZED HE COULD PULL IT APART TO OPEN IT

AND FILL IT THAT WAY..GOOD THINKING TJ
